Jung Inn Sohn is a associate professor of the Division of Physics and Semiconductor Science at Dongguk University. He was an Academic Staff member in Oxford University (2012-2017), a Senior Researcher at Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology (2011-2012), and University of Cambridge (2005-2010).

His research is described in more than 170 peer-reviewed SCIE articles including Nature Communications, Energy & Environ., Sci., Adv. Mater., and 26 patents. He participated in many research projects funded by the EU Framework programmes, ERC, EPSRC, Horizon-2020-NMP, NRF, KETEP, KEIT as a co-PI/PI.

Puran Pandey is currently working as a Research Professor in the Division of Physics & Semiconductor Science, Dongguk University. He had received a Ph.D. of Electronic Engineering in Kwangwoon University (2019). During his 5 years research career in MS-Ph.D., he has published more than 60 peer-reviewed SCIE articles in nanomaterials for plasmonic, sensor, optoelectronic, and triboelectric applications.
